You Don't Need to Punish Yourself.


Every time I drink a milkshake without feverishly regret training after is a huge victory for me.


I used to have dessert and come home and run on my treadmill until my legs couldn't take me further.


I needed to work off the regret of "bad food mistakes"


So so wrong.



You can enjoy your life, and you deserve to have the yummy treats that come along with it.


You don't need to punish yourself for eating something outside of the norm.


Keep working towards being the healthy version of you, and know that 'healthy' means balance between running towards who you want to be and taking a few of those delicious pit stops along the way.
