MISSION

Enabling clients of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels

to reach their full potential and live their best lives by creating and coaching unique, individualized programs designed

to establish sustainable, achievable, fulfilling,

and healthy lifestyles.

We don't want you to be a lifelong client. Our goal is to train you to make smart choices on your own, and arm you with the tools you need to feel your best every day now and into the future.

The goals we set are SMART. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based. We will take the steps needed in the appropriate time we need,

to make real, positive change to how you look and feel. 

fulfilling

With Dead Set, you won't be restricted like you would with crash diets. Your plan is specifically designed for you, continuously monitored, and coaches you to make good decisions most of the time, not 100% perfection all the time.

healthy

Excessive exercise and severe restrictions don't fly at Dead Set. You'll obtain optimal health by committing to success, staying dedicated, and remembering that, over all else, improving your health is paramount.

Founder

It's been a long road.

 

Throughout my health and fitness journey, I learned to find motivation in my achievements and determination in my failures. It led me to where I am now: more mentally and physically fit and dynamically healthier than I was in my early 20s.

I struggled with an eating disorder, as I felt the social pressures to stay skinny thinking that being thin at any cost was healthy. I learned the hard way that wasn't the right path. 

I’ve dealt with loss and struggled with mental health issues, and felt the affects of an unhealthy mental state on my body. I learned to empower myself, and use positive self-encouragement to succeed.

Twice in my life I was considered obese. Twice, I brought myself back to a healthy weight, a fit physique, and athletic body fat percentage - only the second time I had a beautiful baby girl joining me!

Looking back on this almost twenty year journey, I wish I had someone to join me through my successes and failures at each stage in my life. Someone to coach me through when times got tough, and remind me that every milestone and PR is worth celebrating. That’s why I chose this path.
 

I want to give hope, teach tools for success, and help people reach their individual goals. I want to celebrate victories, be the hand people reach for when they fall, and be the voice that says, ‘you are not alone, and yes, we can do this!’.

Certified in Nutrition Coaching from Precision Nutrition and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, my goal is to help others discover the freedom and joy that comes from maintaining a healthier life.
